Contest Terms and Conditions
By entering the Blob Unicorns Competition, you are granting granting Blob Unicorns the right to use, reproduce, distribute, publish and publicly display the entry submission. This agreement is entered into in consideration of your participation in the competition and publication of your name as owner with any such use. You verify that the image which is the subject matter of this agreement is original to you in all respects. You are the sole and exclusive owner of the entry; no part infringes the copyright or any other personal or propriety right of any person. You release Blob Unicorns from all liability which may arise from any and/or all claims by you or any third party in connection with your participation in the competition or the entries submitted. You understand that your entry may be used in whole or in part, at any time, without prior agreement. You agree to waive any right that you may have to inspect and/or approve of the use, reproduction, distribution, publication and publicly display of the images submitted or the editorial or advertising that may be used in connection therewith. This consent authorises any initial and subsequent disclosure or publication of the entry at any time. You agree to indemnify Blob Unicorns for any issues rising from your breach of any covenant, representation or warranty of this agreement. You have read and understand all the terms and conditions for this consent, waiver and release.
